Rodrigo Coelho from Brazil has shared a touching story that happened to him and his wife. On returning home, the couple dropped in a pharmacy. After they'd picked up their medications and returned to the parking lot, they found an adorable dog in the car. The pooch must have somehow managed to sneak in as they were getting out of the car.
The dog was relaxed and snoozing peacefully on the floor next to the seat, with no intention of going anywhere.
This dog seemed to have been born under a lucky star, for he had made the right choice when he got into this particular car. Rodrigo turned out to be a kind man. He decided to take the dog home and try to find his owners.
He could see that the dog used to live with people, but had been roaming the streets for a long time – his paws and claws were worn down and he smelled like a garbage can from a mile away.
Coelho has several other dogs who were not too happy to see the newcomer. But he behaved very confidently, quickly choosing to sleep on the warm couch.
Rodrigo made a few videos with the "lost dog". The first one has racked up over 350,000 views on YouTube, and the second one was viewed by another 160,000 users. Among these, were those who recognized the dog. It turned out that his name was Thor, and his real owners lived 8 miles away from Rodrigo. Soon they called him and arranged to meet him.
Just a few days later, Diane and Macon came to pick up the dog. Thor immediately recognized them and rushed to meet them. Rodrigo and his wife reunited the family and the lost dog was able to return home.
