Probably one of the most difficult decisions every parent makes is choosing a firstborn's name. Indeed, one can be stuck between several names and be at his/her wits' end as what name will suit the baby the best.
One woman has recently decided to leave this to her dog. Being stuck between three girls' names Emma, Olivia, and Rachel, she let her dog make the final decision.
She posted a video on TikTok with the caption "Highly recommend letting your dog pick your baby's name."
"We couldn't decide between three names for our daughter…so we let our dog choose. Forever our first baby," the mom-to-be wrote.
The video that has already racked up over 270,000 views and 35,000 likes, starts wth the mom-to-be writing three girls' names onto three separate tennis balls. Then she puts the balls in a hat and allows her doggie Bentley pick one of them in the yard.
A few moments later, the pooch is seen running to his owner with a ball in his mouth and …Bingo! It's Rachel!

The doggie looks very proud of his little sister.
Although this method of picking a baby's name might seem a little bit unconventional, the woman was showered with comments where users were moved by such a beautiful moment.
"Why does he look so proud though?" asked one.
"Because he made a great choice," another replied.
"As a fellow Rachel, I can confirm your dog made the right choice!" a third wrote.
"Not me crying over a tennis ball," a fourth commented.
"He chose the best name for baby girl," another noted.
Indeed, the moment of choosing a baby's name is so sweet that it is sure to make your heart melt.
